Overview

• There are five sections within Merchant Configuration; Dispatcher Behavior, Shift Times, CSV Upload Fields, Public Task Form and Cancellation Flow.

Dispatcher Behavior

• Dispatcher Behavior has various settings related to dispatching.  Such as allow Auto Dispatch, play a sound when a new order arrives, show ETA in map view.  There are also settings configurable here for Flows, Describe Users By Roles, Chain of Custody, Customer Reschedule and Planned Routes.

Shift Times

• Shift Times lists the time(s) drivers will be working.  It allows two shifts and one break time. 

CSV Upload

• CSV Upload Fields is where customers can be uploaded in a bulk file.  For a list of all the fields that can be mapped to a CSV, click here.

Public Task Form

• The Public Task Form is a web page that allows merchants to easily capture orders into Bringg. It allows merchants to share a dedicated link with their customers which allows the customer to fill in the order details themselves instead of the dispatcher.  For more information on PTF, click here.

Cancellation Flow

• Cancellation Flow is where merchants can configure the user experience for customers that want to reschedule their delivery.
