Overview
There are five sections within Merchant Configuration; Dispatcher Behavior, Shift Times, CSV Upload Fields, Public Task Form and Cancellation Flow.
Dispatcher Behavior
Dispatcher Behavior has various settings related to dispatching. Such as allow Auto Dispatch, play a sound when a new order arrives, show ETA in map view. There are also settings configurable here for Flows, Describe Users By Roles, Chain of Custody, Customer Reschedule and Planned Routes.
Shift Times
Shift Times lists the time(s) drivers will be working. It allows two shifts and one break time.
CSV Upload
CSV Upload Fields is where customers can be uploaded in a bulk file. For a list of all the fields that can be mapped to a CSV, click here.
Public Task Form
The Public Task Form is a web page that allows merchants to easily capture orders into Bringg. It allows merchants to share a dedicated link with their customers which allows the customer to fill in the order details themselves instead of the dispatcher. For more information on PTF, click here.
Cancellation Flow
Cancellation Flow is where merchants can configure the user experience for customers that want to reschedule their delivery.
