Provide a branded customer experience and keep customers informed with live tracking and real-time communications.
From the BringgNow Homepage:
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right-hand side
- Select ‘Settings’
- Click on the ‘Customer Notifications’
- Toggle on each SMS message you would like to enable
- Under each SMS message section click into the Notification Text Box with the recommended message and edit messaging if needed
- To customize the message you can include keywords available in the Variables box located on the right-hand side of the page. These variables will replace the keyword with the details of the customer or your organization.
