Overview
Privileges are permissions that allow you to control what a Bringg user can see or do in the Bringg Dashboard.
Privileges are managed in named Privilege Groups which are defined in the Drivers > Privileges page at: https://app.bringg.com/#/drivers/privileges
Each Dispatcher or Driver user can be assigned either zero or one Privilege Group in their User Settings page via: https://app.bringg.com/#/drivers/ or via https://app.bringg.com/#/merchant/users/
Admin-level users are considered to have all privileges so Privilege Groups cannot be assigned to Admin users. Please note: Driver or Dispatch-level users who were assigned a Privilege Group prior to becoming an Admin-level user, will retain their assigned Privilege Group but it will become non-functional. Should that user lose their Admin-status, that assigned Privilege Groups will then take effect on their next login.
Drivers can be also be assigned a Privilege Groups for forward compatibility purposes. Currently all Privileges relate to Dispatcher and Dashboard-related functionality but this may change in the future.
As Dispatcher or Drivers users with no Privilege Groups assigned may unintentionally inherit access rights determined by other Merchant. Team or Application settings today or in the future, Bringg recommends that all Dispatcher and Drivers are assigned to a Privilege Group.

Troubleshooting / Known Issues
The following notes are intended to assist with debugging or troubleshooting related issues:
The
Assign Driver To Order
privilege permits or prevents a dispatcher from assigning tasks to a driver. It does not restrict unassignment of tasks from drivers. [3349]The privilege
View Order
allows dispatchers to see orders within their assigned teams only. Use of this Privilege can sometimes conflict with theAllow dispatchers to access all orders
setting in Settings > Merchant Configuration > Dispatch Behavior which allows all Dispatchers to view all tasks from all teams.
